Subscription Terms

• Bookkeeping labor, account cleanup, reconciliations, controller services, and CFO services
• Tax-return preparation, tax advice, audit, review, assurance, or representation services
• Legal, investment, lending, banking, or regulated financial advice
• QuickBooks, Xero, banking, payment-processing, or other third-party subscription fees
• Custom integrations, migration projects, consulting engagements, and implementation work

Finance Hub subscriptions are offered for business use. The person completing checkout represents that they are authorized to bind the subscribing business and that the business information supplied is accurate. LP Imperium may verify the organization and authorized users before provisioning access.

The monthly plan is charged at $129 each month. The annual plan is charged at $1,290 each year. The selected plan renews automatically at the same interval until canceled. Applicable taxes may be added. Renewal charges are processed using the payment method on file.

A subscriber may cancel before the next renewal through the available billing-management method or by contacting LP Imperium at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period, and access continues through that date. Fees already paid are generally nonrefundable and unused time is not prorated, except where required by law or where LP Imperium cannot provision the purchased workspace.

Payment begins the onboarding and workspace-provisioning process; it does not bypass identity, authorization, security, or acceptable-use review. Subscribers must protect credentials, limit access to authorized personnel, provide lawful and accurate information, and avoid uploading data they are not authorized to process.

The Finance Hub subscription is a software-access and workflow offering. It does not create a CPA, tax-preparer, auditor, attorney, investment-adviser, bank, lender, fiduciary, or other regulated professional relationship. Any bookkeeping, controller, CFO, tax, audit, assurance, consulting, implementation, or advisory work requires a separate written engagement defining scope, responsibilities, fees, and applicable professional qualifications.

The subscriber remains responsible for its books, source documents, classifications, filings, tax positions, business decisions, approvals, and review of all outputs. Portal information and workflow status should not be treated as a substitute for review by an appropriately qualified professional.

Finance Hub may connect with third-party accounting, banking, document, payment, identity, and infrastructure providers. Their fees, availability, data, terms, and security practices are separate. Unless expressly stated in a written engagement, third-party subscriptions and transaction fees are not included.

LP Imperium may update features or these terms as the service evolves. Material pricing changes will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal. Access may be suspended or terminated for nonpayment, unlawful use, security risk, material breach, or misuse of third-party systems.

The LP Imperium Privacy Policy, Security information, and Website Terms also apply. A separate signed engagement agreement controls if it conflicts with these subscription terms for professional services. Billing and cancellation questions may be sent to [email protected].
